Located about an hour from Osaka city, the sky over Inagawa Town is ablaze with laughter, and you can pick shiitake mushrooms with your fingertips. In 1955 (Showa 30), the farm switched from charcoal production to shiitake mushroom cultivation. Currently, the farm cultivates shiitake mushrooms using approximately 100,000 logs per year.

On January 22nd, at Kobe Sanbo Hall, a preview event for the "Five Star Hyogo" event was held, bringing together Hyogo Prefecture's specialty products. This year, our Nakashii Mushroom Farm's "logged shiitake mushrooms" were selected and we were given a booth at the event.
